SOUPED-UP

There are lawnmowers –- and then there are souped-up, high-revving, loud racing lawnmowers, like these seen here at the Charlton Fair on September 5. With a muddy track thrown in to make the race a little more interesting, drivers spun around, and sometimes spun out, during a couple of hours of fun for young and old.
