Grace Ridley died peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on September 1, 2010, in her ninety-third year.
Mrs. Ridley was predeceased by her husband Robert Ridley (1972), daughter Grace Hunter (2008), grandsons Richard and Larry and her granddaughter Tara.
She is survived by her children Phyllis Stewart (husband Neil) of Arthur, Doris Lowan of Guelph, Robert (wife Pat) of Flesherton, Edward (wife Sue) of Strathmore, Alberta, Marion McNabb (husband Jim) of Okotoks Alta., Charles (wife Beth) of Hillsburgh, and Joseph (wife Brenda) of Red Cliff, Alberta; 23 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; and her dear sister Kathleen Henry. She will be sadly missed by many other relatives and friends.
The funeral service was held in the chapel of the Dods and McNair Funeral Home and Chapel in Orangeville on September 6.
Interment is at Alton Cemetery.

Beatrice McClelland died peacefully at Extendicare Port Hope, on September 5, 2010, in her one-hundred-and-second year.
Mrs. McClelland was predeceased by her husband Orville McClelland and grandchild Jeffrey Hagerman, siblings Bernice Harper (Keith) and Willard Jibb (Betty), and parents Evelyn and William Jibb.
She is survived by her children Marilyn Hagerman, Eleanor Mott and Lorna Broekstra (Jim); grandchildren Steve Hagerman (Lisa), Alison Stokes (Dan), Andrew Broekstra (Danielle); great-grandchildren Jeffrey, Brittany, Adam, Megan and Ottis.
Visitation is at the Ross Funeral Chapel, 135 Walton St., Port Hope, on Thursday, September 9, from 7-9 p.m.
The service will be held at Camborne United Church, Camborne, Ontario, on Friday, September 10 at 11 a.m. with visiting one-hour prior.
Interment is at Camborne United Church Cemetery.
